Adult Patient Licenses

Oklahoma residents who are 18 years of age or older may apply for a Medical Marijuana Adult Patient License

Oklahoma Qualifying Conditions

Unlike many states, Oklahoma does not have a limited or restrictive list of qualifying medical conditions for a medical marijuana patient license.

Out-of-State Patient Licenses

Patients who reside outside of Oklahoma may qualify for a 30-day temporary Oklahoma Medical Marijuana License if they hold a valid, state-government-issued medical marijuana patient license from their home state.

Short Term In-State Patient Licenses

Oklahoma residents may apply for a Short-Term Medical Marijuana Patient License if their medical need is temporary and does not require a full two-year license.

Caregiver Licenses

A Caregiver License is available to a family member or trusted assistant who provides regular support to a licensed medical marijuana patient.

Minor Licences

Currently unavailable. At this time, Alternative Wellness Clinic does not offer minor medical cannabis evaluations in Oklahoma.
